We recommend booking 1.5 hours for a new client haircut and 3-4 hours minimum for a cut and color service! If you have any questions you can reach out to your stylist directly via email!

While we love kiddos we can't have children under 10 in the salon while you have your appointment. We understand that sometimes child care can be difficult and we want our time together to be focused on you. Please schedule your appointment around child care opportunities. We cannot have children under 10 years old in the salon.

Yes! There's a FREE lot across the street or metered parking.

Appointments cancelled before 24hrs will be refunded in full.
Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No show or appointments cancelled during the service window will be charged 100% of the service.
